Human memory is creative, contextual, and deeply emotional. It is extraordinary at synthesizing ambiguity, establishing empathy with clients, and navigating complex negotiations. But it is fundamentally unsuited to be the routing switchboard of a company.

Whenever a client is forced to inquire about current project status, your communication loop is reactive rather than structured.
What can only one human do?
Single-person bottlenecks aren't heroic; they are existential business risks disguised as dedication.
